PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold form for dough baking, for use in baking an annular food product to be easily carved with chopsticks or the like; a method for baking a dough; and a baked annular food product.SOLUTION: A mold form for dough baking 10 for use in baking an okonomiyaki (Japanese-style pancake containing a variety of ingredients) or a pancake includes an outer ring 20 having an annular standing wall, an inner ring 30 with a closed tip disposed inside the outer ring and has diameter smaller than that of the outer ring, a closing plate 40 which links the base ends of the outer ring and the inner ring to each other to be closed, one or a plurality of open holes 42 provided in the closing plate, and a handle 50 disposed on the surface of the closing plate on the opposite side of the inner ring. |
