PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which sufficiently achieves functions of an electric device without limiting the functions of the electric device which is attachable thereto.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 includes: a light fitting 20; and an electric device 21. The light fitting 20 includes: a device body 24 supported by a hook ceiling body 12; a light source 30 disposed at the lower surface side of the device body 24; a light emission surface part 36 which is provided at the lower surface side of the device body 24 and emits light from the light source 30; and an electric device attachment part 27 provided at the light emission surface part 36 side. The electric device 21 is detachably attached to the electric device attachment part 27 of the light fitting 20.
