PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately correcting a settlement error that occurs for a settlement medium.SOLUTION: A settlement terminal 10 executes settlement with a settlement medium 100 and transmits settlement result information relating to the executed settlement to a server 50. The server 50 receives and stores the settlement result information from the settlement terminal 10. If a settlement error is contained in the settlement result information, the server 50 generates an error correction table in which an ID of the settlement medium 100 to which the settlement error occurs corresponds to correction information relating to a correct settlement result of the settlement for which the settlement error occurs, and transmits the generated error correction table to settlement terminals 10 and 30. If the settlement medium 100 having an ID matching the ID contained in the error correction table is detected, the settlement terminal 30 corrects a stored content of the settlement medium on the basis of the correction information corresponding to the ID in the error correction table. |
