PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation support method for solving various types of troubles irresolvable at uniform consultation counters by specialists and irresolvable by profile information.SOLUTION: The consultation support method includes: recruiting consulters who want to consult and advisors who provide advice therefor; and providing the service by electronic transaction. An administrator prepares a plurality of consultation categories on a WEB site and advisors having experience and knowledge individually post profile information for each category. Because of intangible merchandise, a consulter does not select a fixed article but selects a content that the consulter wants to consult from the consultation categories and checks the profile information of the advisors related to the category to acquire detailed information that the consulter really wants to know. |
