PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the secrecy of user data by preventing data excluding a provision target from being collected by a service provider.SOLUTION: A list indicating the classification of data as a provision target predetermined by a contract between a service provider and a user is stored in a provision data classification storage part 14. Then, when raw data obtained from equipment and a sensor are transmitted to the service terminal of the service provider, data pertinent to the classification as a provision target are extracted from the raw data on the basis of the provision data classification list, and data other than the extracted data are subjected to invisualization processing. Then, the data after the invisualization processing are transmitted to the service terminal.
