receiving the identity notification confirming that the identified customer is on the call with the talker or being called or to be called in the near future; andafter receiving the identity notification, providing an identify notification that enables the talker computer to identify at least one customer record associated with the identified customer, wherein the talker computer further performs the step of receiving the identify notification that enables the talker computer to identify at least one of the customer records associated with the identified customer.
