A system for calling a customer, wherein the system comprises a central data server and a talker computer, the system further comprising: the talker computer having a memory, and a processor configured by the memory to provide a batch notification that enables the central data server to identify a batch of one or more customer records, for calling, wherein the talker computer is used by a talker; the central data server having a memory, and a processor configured by the memory to receive the batch notification that enables the central data server to identify the batch of one or more customer records; a dialing agent module for providing an identity notification that a customer is on the call with the talker or being called or to be called in the near future, referred to herein as an identified customer, wherein at least one customer record of the identified customer is part of the batch; wherein the central data server further performs the steps of: receiving the identity notification confirming that the identified customer is on the call with the talker or being called or to be called in the near future; andafter receiving the identity notification, providing an identify notification that enables the talker computer to identify at least one customer record associated with the identified customer, wherein the talker computer further performs the step of receiving the identify notification that enables the talker computer to identify at least one of the customer records associated with the identified customer.
