PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track plate and a method for manufacturing the track plate by which a cost required for heat treatment can be reduced compared to a conventional one.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a track plate for a crawler, local heat treatment is performed after rolling. Consequently, a cost required for heat treatment can be reduced compared to the case that heat treatment is performed on the whole of the track plate 10 (conventional art). Further, since a grouser tip 21 has a tempered martensite structure and a portion of a general plate part 32, which is present on track plate longer direction both outer sides 10b of a link installation part 10a, has a rolled ferrite perlite structure, it is not required to perform heat treatment on the whole of the track plate 10. Therefore, a cost required for heat treatment can be reduced compared to the case that heat treatment is performed on the whole of the track plate 10 (conventional art). |
