PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for neutralizing the alkaline wastewater such as discharged water generating during construction of concrete or cement structures, or that from the water storage tank for concrete or cement without using a strong acid like sulfuric acid or a weak acid like carbon dioxide gas.SOLUTION: There is provided a treatment device for wastewater discharged from concrete or cement structures, comprising a container 110 for storing the wastewater discharged from concrete or cement and an aggregate of a fiber carrier 130 which is disposed in the container and sticks iron bacteria 120 on a surface, and capturing the hydroxide ions in the wastewater by the trivalent iron ions generated from oxidation by the iron bacteria 120 on the fiber carrier 130 to precipitate as ferric hydroxide. The device equips a gas or liquid blowout means 160 for bringing for agitating to blowout of air or a gas such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide or the like, or a liquid below the fiber carrier 130 aggregate in order to prevent clogging between iron bacteria 120 sticking to the fiber carrier 130 and the aggregate of the carrier 130 due to precipitation. |
