PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and properly execute even arrangement of a distribution bar, while forming a buried form as a constitution capable of relieving tensile stress caused when placing cast-in-place concrete.SOLUTION: A buried form 1 constitutes a floor slab by placing cast-in-place concrete on the upper side, and comprises a precast reinforced concrete form bottom plate 10 having integrally a steel lower side rib material 10a arranged along the lengthwise direction of the floor slab as buried hardware, a steel upper side rib material 11 provided in the lengthwise direction on the form bottom plate 10 and a girth 12 for connecting the lower side rib material 10a and the upper side rib material 11, and the girth 12 and the upper side rib material 11 for connecting a left end part of the lower side rib material 10a, a left end part of the upper side rib material 11, a right end part of the lower side rib material 10a and a right end part of the upper side rib material 11, can be connected by a shaft body 5 of running the axis along the width direction of the floor slab and a shaft hole 6 for inserting this body. |
