PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium folinate-containing tablet from which the calcium folinate can be rapidly dissolved in water, and which is excellent in storage stability even in unpacked condition.SOLUTION: The invention provides a tablet which contains 15-25 weight percent of calcium folinate to the total weight of the tablet, contains no basic disintegrator, contains 5-20 weight percent of a disintegrator which is not a basic disintegrator, and further contains an excipient and lubricant. Specifically, a case where the disintegrator which is not a basic disintegrator is a partial gelatinization starch, the excipient is a lactose hydrate and crystalline cellulose, and the lubricant is magnesium stearate is particularly preferable. |
