PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission joint which suppresses the generation of abnormal sound due to contact hammering on a power transmission surface.SOLUTION: A power transmission joint 20 includes: a first rotation element 23 and a second rotation element 24 in which respective engagement protrusions 29, 30 are alternately arranged in the rotation direction Z; and an intermediate element 25 which connects both rotation elements 23, 24 so as to permit torque transmission. The intermediate element 25 contains a power transmission part 32 interposed between the engagement protrusions 29, 30 of both rotation elements 23, 24. The power transmission part 32 contains a pair of power transmission surfaces 32a, 32b engaged with power transmission surfaces 29a, 30a of both engagement protrusions 29, 30. The intermediate element 25 is a unit made by overlapping a pair of end part layers (resin layers 41) opposed in the axial direction X and an elastic layer (rubber layer 42) interposed between the end part layers to each other. The pair of power transmission surfaces 32a, 32b of the power transmission part 32 are formed by a part of the elastic layer (rubber layer 42). |
