PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inflammable cargo to be transported safely by purging the interior of a cargo space of a bulk cargo ship with nitrogen gas, and purging of nitrogen gas into the cargo space to be carried out also in a port free of nitrogen gas supply equipment, and to enable a replenishment of nitrogen gas during sailing or anchorage without depending on a nitrogen gas cylinder.SOLUTION: In a bulk cargo ship 1 equipped with gas supply pipes 4, 5 for carbon dioxide gas supply, nitrogen gas supply equipment of the bulk cargo ship comprises a nitrogen gas generator 7, a nitrogen gas supply pipe 13 that connects the nitrogen gas generator 7 with a gas supply main pipe 5, and a nitrogen gas control valve 14 that controls a nitrogen gas amount supplied from the nitrogen gas generator 7 to the gas supply pipes 4, 5. |
