PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately detect, in the event of an abnormality in which heat seal cannot be performed normally even when the temperatures of heat seal parts for temporarily heating body materials are normal, the abnormality.SOLUTION: A bag making machine 100 heats the same portions of first and second body materials 61, 62, placed one above the other, more than one time, thereby heat-sealing the first and second body materials 61, 62, and forming a bag. The bag making machine 100 comprises: an intermittent mechanism 22 that intermittently feeds the first and second body materials 61, 62 in a predetermined direction; a plurality of heat seal parts 30 that heat seals the first and second body materials 61, 62 by heating at least one of the first and second body materials 61, 62 placed one above the other; and a heat dissipation measurement part 50 that measures the temperature of the surface of a portion of the first or second body material 61, 62, which is heated by the heat seal parts 30, without touching the surface. |
