PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position the images on surface and rear face at high accuracy in two-side printing.SOLUTION: In an inkjet recording device, a recording part 30 discharges ink droplets from a recording head to record an image on a first face of a conveyed sheet S and enables recording of the image on a second face of the sheet S inverted via a sheet inverting conveyance path 12 after recording the image on the first face. The sheet conveyance path comprises a first detection sensor 70a for measuring the length of the sheet S before image recording on the first face in the recording part 30, and a second detection sensor 70b for measuring the length of the sheet S before image recording on the second face after image recording on the first face. An operation part calculates the elongation percentage of the sheet S on the basis of the lengths of the sheet S before image recording on the first and second faces, and the discharge timing and amount of the ink droplet when the recording part 30 records the image on the second face of the sheet S are changed in response to the elongation percentage. |
