PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use detail information management device, a use detail information management method, a use detail information management system, and a program capable of giving guidance on a payment method change application with a simple system configuration.SOLUTION: A use detail management server is configured to, in response to the reception of a use detail display request from a member terminal, acquire use detail information from a use detail database. Payment method change propriety determination means is configured to determine whether or not the payment method of the use detail information acquired by use detail acquisition means is changeable for each use detail information of a settlement ID unit. Use detail creation means is configured to create use detail display information such that an application reception area is displayed in the use detail information whose change method is determined to be changeable by the payment method change propriety determination means. Screen generation means is configured to generate a screen which can be browsed via a network from the use detail display information created by the use detail creation means.
