PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of reducing the cost of a changeover mechanism.SOLUTION: In the case where a motor 13 is driven and a first rotor 45 of a planetary gear mechanism 15 is switched into a rotation regulated state by a changeover mechanism 18, a rotational driving force of the motor 13 is transmitted to an actuation wheel body 12 via the planetary gear mechanism 15, and the actuation wheel body 12 is rotated in one direction. In the case where the motor 13 is stopped and the first rotor 45 is switched into a rotation allowed state by the changeover mechanism 18, the actuation wheel body 12 is rotated in another direction by an energizing force. When a second member 86 of the changeover mechanism 18 is switched to a first changeover position, the first rotor 45 is switched into the rotation allowed state. When the second member 86 is switched to a second changeover position, the first rotor 45 is switched into the rotation regulated state. |
