PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform power control so as to suppress a peak of power consumption while keeping a system stable.SOLUTION: A power controller 10 is a power control device for a power system 20 that comprises an air-conditioning facility 22 as a power load facility consuming power and a storage battery 23 and receives power as input from a commercial power system 30 to supply the input power to the respective air-conditioning facility 22 and storage battery 23. The power controller 10 comprises: a monitoring unit 11 for detecting power return, which is migration from a state in which power input to the power system 20 is stopped to a state in which the input is performed; and a control unit 12 for performing control of prohibiting power input to the power system 20 from being supplied to the storage battery 23 until set time has passed after the power return is detected. |
