PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent out of stock in a request source of consumables and urgent deliverly, due to prediction accuracy error of an estimated consumables delivery date.SOLUTION: A deposit validity determination section 132 acquires processing status information (the number of sheets processed) of a deposit target image processing apparatus 10 set in an exception setting section 130, from an operation state acquisition section 118, and determines the validity of deposit. For example, when 5000 or more pieces of sheets are processed per month, deposit validity is determined to be "proper". As determined by the exception setting section 130, delivery date is corrected. When less than 5000 pieces of sheets are processed per month, the deposit validity is determined to be "improper". Contrary to the determination in the exception setting section 130, the apparatus is excluded from deposit (without correcting the delivery date). |
