The present invention relates to a hot water supplying device using a rotary magnetic material, which is particularly environment-friendly and safe for supplying hot water and heating, and which operates with low power. The hot water supplying device using a rotary magnetic material comprises: a heat exchange structure provided with a circular heater tube along the circumferential direction thereof and accommodating water therein; and a stator formed to surround the outer side of the heat exchange structure, and wound with a plurality of coils which magnetizes when an electric current is applied, wherein the heater tube comprises a magnetic material therein which rotates along the heater tube according to a magnetic field formed by the stator so that water is heated by a frictional heat generated from the rotating magnetic material. |
