The present invention relates to a circular cutting apparatus having a manhole frame fixing device, which can accurately perform road surface cutting work in a manhole repair portion, and further, quickly remove the cut road surface and maximally inhibit dust and noise. The present invention comprises: a central body (100) wherein a pair of elastic supports (110) supported by a road surface are installed in both sides; a vertical rotation pipe (200) installed in a lower end of the central body; a cutting unit (300) installed in an external side of the vertical rotation pipe; and a manhole frame fixing device (400) installed in a lower end of the vertical rotation pipe. |
