The present invention relates to a display apparatus, a power supply apparatus, and a power supply method thereof. The display apparatus of the present invention comprises: an image processing unit for processing an image signal; a display unit for displaying an image based on the image signal; a first control unit for controlling display of the image; and a power supply unit for supplying operation voltage to the first control unit. The power supply unit includes: a power circuit unit for performing a switching operation to output the operation voltage; a timing setting unit for setting timing of the switching operation; and a second control unit for controlling the power circuit unit so as to stop the switching operation during a predetermined section according to the timing set by the timing setting unit when the display apparatus is in a standby mode. Accordingly, unnecessary power consumption caused by the switching operation can be reduced during the standby mode of the display apparatus.
