The present invention relates to an acrylic-modified polypropylene-based resin composition, a producing method thereof, and a paint composition comprising the same. The acrylic-modified polypropylene-based resin composition is produced by graft copolymerizing a mixture of a polypropylene resin having specific material properties, and a mixture of an acrylic monomer, and thus has excellent stability and pigment dispersibility. In addition, the acrylic-modified polypropylene-based resin composition is suitable for a paint due to excellent adhesive properties in a non-polar base material such as a polypropylene-based resin and a polar material.
