The present invention relates to a big data storage appliance system. The big data storage appliance system is configured to provide big data in the form of appliance for storing, analyzing and utilizing, and includes: a management server for constituting big data environments, and storing and monitoring the big data; one or more name nodes for storing analytical tools and metadata regarding files and directories, while being managed by the management server; and one or more data nodes which act as a slave node while creating, deleting and copying data blocks in accordance with the command of the name node. According to the present invention, the provided big data storage appliance system can be used immediately after connecting a power supply, without an installation process for a long period of time. The system is optimized to Hadoop environments, and provides a fast response in case of system failure. The big data storage appliance system is also considered as an open system capable of performing a non-stop service. |
