PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic element including graphene and quantum dots.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electronic element that may be manufactured to have a large area by using graphene and quantum dots and has a high mobility and a large on/off current ratio. In the electronic element, a quantum dot layer including a plurality of quantum dots functions as a channel layer together with a graphene layer electrically contacting the quantum dot layer. Thus, the electronic element uses, as a channel layer, quantum dots having excellent photoelectric characteristics and graphene having excellent mobility, so that the electronic element may be applied to a photoelectric element having a high mobility and a large on/off current ratio.
