PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of performing automatic matching of an antenna while performing wireless communication based on transmission power control, and to provide an automatic matching method of an antenna, a wireless device, and a controller.SOLUTION: An antenna device includes an antenna transmitting a signal the transmission power of which varies by transmission power control, a power detector for detecting the power of a signal transmitted from the antenna, and a variable matching unit matching impedance of the antenna. The antenna device includes an adjustment unit for adjusting the set value of the variable matching unit so as to increase the power, based on the comparison results of a reference value and a detection value from the power detector, a detector for detecting variation of transmission power based on the time change of the detection value, and a correction unit for correcting the reference value based on the variation of transmission power detected by the detector. |
