PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfluoro-type fluororubber, which is impaired in industrial utilization because of expensiveness, by a simple method and a composition for sealing materials and a sealing material using the perfluoro-type fluororubber as a rubber ingredient.SOLUTION: A fluororubber is formed by kneading 100 pts. mass of an uncross-linked perfluoro polymer containing repeating units derived from a fluoro-olefin and a perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether with less than 40 pts. mass of a treated perfluoro polymer, and the treated perfluoro polymer is a perfluoro polymer whose cross linking point is eliminated by heat-treating the residual perfluoro polymer discharged from a molding processing step.
