PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular illumination apparatus enabling a driver and the like to recognize an obstacle quickly.SOLUTION: A vehicular illumination apparatus includes: a projection device for projecting a visible image; an obstacle detection device for detecting an obstacle; a processing device for predicting a vehicular travel area after given time or after traveling for a given distance, and causing the projection device to project a first image in the predicted travel area in a case where the obstacle detection device detects no obstacle in the predicted travel area, or causing the projection device to project a second image different from the first image in the predicted travel area in a case where the obstacle detection device detects an obstacle in the predicted travel area. |
