PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of separating stacked lead frames easily one by one, while limiting the height when a plurality of lead frames are stacked.SOLUTION: In a lead frame where steps 6a, 6b smaller than the thickness T of a lead 2 are provided in the way thereof in the length direction X, a first standing surface 7a is formed on the upper surface side of the lead 2 depending on the vertical interval of the step 6a, and a second standing surface 7b is formed on the lower surface side of the lead 2 depending on the vertical interval of the step 6b, the first standing surface 7a is formed while being shifted to a position farther from the tip 2c of the lead 2 than the second standing surface 7b in the length direction X of the lead 2. |
