PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling type cooling device capable of improving cooling performance.SOLUTION: A radiator 7 disposed in a cooling liquid flow path 3 in a casing 2 of a liquid cooling type cooling device 1 includes two kinds of high and low pin fins 12, 13 having different heights. The cross-sectional shape of the high pin fin 12 is a rhombus and two corners 12a forming an acute angle of the rhombus respectively point to the upstream side and the downstream side in the cooling liquid flow direction. The high pin fins 12 are arranged side by side on a plurality of first straight lines L1 inclined to one side toward the downstream of the cooling liquid flow direction in the cooling liquid flow path and a plurality of second straight lines L2 inclined to the other side toward the downstream of the cooling liquid flow direction. A pair of opposite sides of the rhombus which is a cross-sectional shape of the high pin fin 12 becomes parallel with the first straight line L1 and the other pair of opposite sides becomes parallel with the second straight line L2. Low pin fins 13 are integrally formed with the high pin fins 12 on both sides thereof between two high pin fins 12 adjacent to each other on the first straight line L1. |
