1. A decoratively coated resin substrate that can be placed in a path of electromagnetic waves of a radar device, comprising:
a resin substrate and a decorative coating on the resin substrate, wherein the decorative coating comprises: metal nanoparticles; an inorganic oxide material coated on the metal nanoparticles; and an organic substance layer coated over the inorganic oxide-coated metal nanoparticles, wherein the inorganic oxide-coated metal nanoparticles are present as a discontinuous layer on a surface of the resin substrate.
