The present invention relates to a fire extinguisher management device and a fire extinguisher. The fire extinguisher management device includes: a receiving part installed in a fire extinguisher, and receiving a near field communication (NFC) signal, transmitted from a mobile device; a transmitting part transmitting the NFC signal to the mobile device; an acceleration sensor detecting a change of speed of X, Y, and Z axes by unit time corresponding to the fire extinguisher inspection of a manager; a gyro sensor detecting angular speed by unit time corresponding to the fire extinguisher inspection of the manager; an inspection information management part storing the signals, received from the acceleration sensor and the gyro sensor, as inspection state information of the fire extinguisher; a manager approval part providing the inspection state information to a mobile device of the manager when the mobile device, tagged on NFC through identification information of the mobile device received from the receiving part, is the mobile device of the manager; and a power part supplying power to each component. |
