摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a long-fiber reinforcing thermoplastic resin. An aramid fiber is used as a long fiber containing (i) a lubricant, an emulsifiers, an antistatic agent, and an epoxy substance on the surface and (ii) coated with an emulsion containing 30-55 wt% of the epoxy substance when manufacturing the chip-shaped long-fiber reinforcing thermoplastic resin by impregnating a thermoplastic resin into a synthetic fiber of long fibers in which long fibers are gathered in a form of a bundle and cutting the thermoplastic resin. The aramid fiber of which the surface is coated with the emulsion has interface properties capable of improving compatibility and adhesion with respect to a polypropylene resin without chemical reactor on the surface, and has an excellent effect of preventing thermal expansion and thermal strain by having excellent heat resistance due to unique physical properties of the aramid fiber. Therefore, the heat resistance and durability of a final product are remarkably improved if the long-fiber reinforcing thermoplastic resin manufactured by the present invention is added when manufacturing electronic components such as a laptop, a cell phone, a TV bezel, etc. by using the polypropylene resin.
