The present invention relates to a precast concrete bottom plate, and more specifically, to a precast concrete bottom plate mounted in a lower end of a loop rebar. The precast concrete bottom plate mounted in a lower end of a loop rebar forms uneven portions in a partition wall shape protruding on both sides of the precast concrete bottom plate at equal intervals to form pockets between the uneven portions, and forms a loop rebar horizontally protruding from the inside of each pocket to allow the loop rebar to intersect with a loop rebar formed on a neighboring precast concrete bottom plate to deposit a binding material between the uneven portions and in the pockets to improve resistance performance between the uneven portions.
