The present invention relates to a polymer micro-fluidic channel comprising: a micro-fluidic channel having a micro-nano pattern; a polymer substrate having the micro-fluidic channel; and a fluid injection hole formed on the polymer substrate to inject a fluid into the micro-fluidic channel. According to the present invention, the micro-nano pattern is formed on the micro-fluidic channel to enable liquid metal which has viscosity such as galinstan to flow in the channel.
