Disclosed is a switching device which switches communication with an external network while being connected to multiple network security cameras configuring a partial network. The switching device includes: a first port unit which is connected to the network security cameras; a second port unit which is connected to the external network; a routing information storage unit storing routing information; and a routing control unit which routes a video packet received by the first port unit to the external network through the second port unit according to the routing information, and routes a video packet received from one or more of the network security cameras to a mobile terminal connected to the switching device through the second port unit by modifying or adding the routing information according to a request from the mobile terminal. |
