A strut bar coupling structure for a vehicle removing degradation of maintainability, stud threads abrasion due to frequent attachment and detachment, and an unfavorable engine room layout is provided. The strut bar coupling structure for a vehicle comprises: an insertion pin detachably inserted into an insertion hole formed in a front vehicle body of an engine room of a vehicle to fixate one end of a strut bar connecting the front vehicle body of the engine room and the rear vehicle body of the engine room to the front vehicle body of the engine room; a fixing pin installed on a wall of the front vehicle body of the engine room; a fixing hook of which one end is fixated to the strut bar and the other end is fixated to the fixing pin or rotated to enable the fixing hook to be released from the fixing pin; and a hinge connected to the other end of the strut bar to enable the strut bar to be rotated around the rear vehicle body of the engine room. |
