The present invention relates to a microorganism for decomposing and eliminating food waste, a composition for decomposition and elimination comprising the same, and an eliminating method of food waste using the same. The composition for decomposing and eliminating food waste of the present invention has activities of amylase, cellulase, protease, and lipase; and comprises Bacillus subtilis DYG-B11, Bacillus subtilis DYG-B12, Lactobacillus sp. DYG-B13, and Bacillus subtilis DYG-B14, wherein the microorganisms have excellent food waste decomposing activity.
