The present invention relates to a block to provide a refuge and a moving passage and, more specifically, relates to a block installed underwater such as a river or a lake, a reservoir, a dam, the sea, etc. or on a slope such as a bank revetment to provide small indigenous fishes or amphibians, reptiles, rodents, birds, and small mammals with a refuge and a moving passage; and to allow animals to safely visit and leave a hiding place connected in all directions to protect an ecological system. According to the present invention, the block to provide a refuge and a moving passage comprises: a main body; a refuge space disposed on the main body; an entrance formed on the main body to allow prey to enter into the refuge space from the outside of the main body to evade a predator; a hiding space disposed on the main body, formed independently from the refuge space; and a connection hole connecting the refuge space and the hiding space to allow the prey entering the refuge space to move from the refuge space to the hiding space. |
