The present invention relates to a ribbon wire coating apparatus which facilitates accurate and uniform enamel coating on ribbon wires of an electric conductor used for various electronic products or the like. The ribbon wire coating apparatus comprises: a coating unit (200) which coats ribbon wires (100) by spraying a coating solution on surfaces of the ribbon wires (100); a drying unit (300) which is installed on a rear portion of the coating unit (200), and dries the coated ribbon wires (100); and a winding portion (400) which wraps the ribbon wires (100) around bobbins (450). The coating unit (200) includes a spray nozzle unit (210), a cover body (220), and a coating solution storing container (230). The spray nozzle unit (210) includes: an upper frame (211) in which upper nozzles (212) for spraying the coating solution on upper surfaces of the ribbon wires (100) are installed; a lower frame (213) in which lower nozzles (214) for spraying the coating solution on lower surfaces of the ribbon wires (100) are installed; and side frames (215) in which side nozzles (216) for spraying the coating solution on left and right side surfaces of the ribbon wires (100) are installed. In the cover body (220), the spray nozzle unit (210) is accommodated inside, and an inlet hole (222) and an outlet hole (223) for the ribbon wires (100) to be inserted and pulled out are respectively formed on one side and the other side. The coating solution storing container (230) is installed at a lower portion of the cover body (220) to supply the coating solution to the upper nozzles (212), the lower nozzles (214), and the side nozzles (216), and to store the coating solution dropped onto the inner lower portion of the cover body (220). |
