The present invention provides an anastomosis device for a surgical operation which includes: a body having a handle unit formed on one side thereof to allow a user to grip the same; a trigger installed on one side of the body; a main shaft having one end portion joined to the body; a bent shaft which is arranged to be perpendicular to the main shaft and has one end portion joined to the other end portion of the main shaft; a pressurizing jaw which is arranged to face the bent shaft and has one end portion joined to the main shaft to be able to slide in a lengthwise direction of the main shaft; a staple cartridge which is joined and installed on the surface of the pressurizing jaw facing the bent shaft; a cutter unit which is joined and installed on the surface of the bent shaft facing the staple cartridge to be able to slide in a lengthwise direction of the bent shaft; a first driving connection line which connects the pressurizing jaw to the trigger to enable the pressurizing jaw to slide and move in the lengthwise direction of the main shaft according to movement of the trigger; and a second driving connection line which connects the cutter unit to the trigger to enable the cutter unit to slide and move in the lengthwise direction of the bent shaft according to movement of the trigger.
