The present invention relates to a radar signal processing method and a device executing the method. The method includes the following steps: generating a radar signal by mixing a transmission radar signal and reception radar signals reflected by a plurality of targets; extracting distance information regarding the targets based on a temporal auto-correlation matrix including samples of the radar signals; and determining the angle information of the targets based on a spatial-temporal auto-correlation matrix arranging the radar signal samples in a dual shift invariant structure.
