According to the present invention, a security processing method used between a writer and a reader which are physically separated for RF tags includes: a step in which the writer applies a designated value to a predetermined key generation algorithm to generate or check an encryption key; a step in which the writer executes a process to apply the encryption key to an RF tag to be recognized by at least one designated reader; a step in which the writer executes a process to transmit the key generation algorithm to the designated reader; a step in which the reader checks the key generation algorithm transmitted from the writer; a step in which the reader derives a decryption key through the key generation algorithm; and a step in which the reader uses the derived decryption key to decode an encrypted code value read from the RF tag.
