The present invention relates to a device and method for estimating radio interference of a receiver. The device according to the present invention includes: a radio station information collection unit for inputting the system specification information and radio net operation specification information of interfered radio stations and radio stations which transmits signals via receivers; a grouping processor which groups the interfered radio stations by utilizing the system specification information and radio net operation specification information of the radio stations and interfered radio stations; an interference parameter distribution estimation unit for modeling the distribution characteristics of interference parameters regarding each of the grouped interfered radio stations; and an interference intensity estimation unit for estimating at least one distribution characteristic among interference signal intensity among the interfered radio stations of each group, and accumulative interference signal intensity caused by multiple interfered radio stations by using the modeled probability distribution function of the interference parameters regarding each of the interference groups, thereby estimating the total radio interference intensity caused by the entire interfered radio stations.
