摘要 The present invention relates to a device which generates high-efficiency power by using a permanent magnet and, more specifically, to a device in which four permanent magnet bands having permanent magnets installed such that the same poles face the center are installed in a circular rail shape, and permanent magnets of a rotor escape with strong momentum to obtain rotation force in an entrance portion and an exit portion by attraction and repulsion between the permanent magnets of the rotor and the permanent magnets of the rail bands. Accordingly, the device is a rotation device which does not concern the law of energy conservation described with changes in enthalpy and entropy. Four rails of parallel permanent magnets are a set. A pole concentrated inward is an N pole. Stripes are installed by 60°. The opposite S pole is alternated three times with rails of 60°. The magnets of the rotor are entered to a circular rail unit of 360°, wherein magnets opposite to the magnets of the rail unit are a front portion, and then the installed magnets of the rotor are rotated by 180° at an intermediate portion of the rail. Force generated at the permanent magnets of the rotor and the entrance portion and exit portion of the rail is propelled in one direction to generate rotation force.
