The present invention relates to a leakage detection device with a heating function and, more specifically, relates to a leakage detection device capable of preventing a fluid flowing inside from being frozen and bursting the same by additionally having a heating function, wherein the leakage detection device detects a leakage since being directly attached to a place (a wall, a pipe, a facility, and the like) in which a leakage occurs, in a tape method. The leakage detection device comprises: a base film layer formed in a tape form; a pair of sensing lines formed lengthwise in a longitudinal direction on an upper surface of the base film layer; a heating member formed lengthwise in the longitudinal direction of the base film layer on a side of the sensing line; and a power line formed lengthwise to both sides of the heating member, supplying power to heat the heating member by being in contact with the heating member. |
