Disclosed is an automatic window opening and closing device comprising: a rack gear installed on a window frame; a train gear installed on a window to be connected with the rack gear and to be able to rotate; a device housing which is installed on the window to be able to move upward and downward and is set to an automatic opening and closing function releasing mode, an automatic closing mode, and an automatic opening mode when being located on an upper position, a middle position, and a lower position; a spur gear installed on the lower side of the device housing to be gear-engaged with the train gear only in the automatic opening mode; a spring unit connected to an axis of the spur gear so a spring is wound when the spur gear is rotated in a forward direction; a swing gear to gear-engage the train gear with the spur gear only in the automatic opening mode; a swing lever to support the swing gear by being installed on the window frame to be able to rotate, to separate the swing gear from the train gear by being pushed by the device housing located in the automatic opening mode, and to be located so the swing gear connects the train gear and the spur gear in the automatic closing mode; an elastic member to elastically pressurize the swing lever so the swing lever is gear-engaged with the spur gear; a latch unit installed in the device housing to selectively prevent and allow the forward and backward rotation of the spur gear; a timer unit which is formed of the spring to set an automatic opening and closing start point of the window by being installed on a device main body; and a cam axis which is rotated by the timer unit, is rotated as time set in the timer unit passes, and allows the spur gear to rotate in the forward direction, where the spring is unwound, by hindering the latch unit. |
