The present invention relates to an infant functional inner cover capable of covering the whole body of an infant and allowing the infant feel secure and, more specifically, to an infant functional inner cover including an opening and closing part. The opening and closing part can be opened and closed by an opening and closing means from a front side of a body part, across a front side of a waist part and a front side and a back side of a leg part, and to a back side of the waist part; can be deformed in a form whose leg part is divided into left and right sides by operation of the opening and closing means. Therefore, a diaper of the infant can be easily replaced while the infant wearing the same, the infant can be directly carried on a user′s back and hugged using a baby carrier, and the infant can be sat in a baby seat or a baby carriage. Moreover, the infant functional inner cover comprises: a body part in the form of a tube with a head hole in an upper end; a waist part extended from the lower end of the body part; and a leg part extended from the lower end of the waist part and having a blocked lower end. The infant functional inner cover further comprises: an opening and closing part which includes an accommodating space connected with the outside through the head hole inside the body part, the waist part, and the leg part; is cut from a front side of the body part, across a front side of the waist part, a front side and a back side of the leg part, and to a back side of the waist part; and can be opened and closed according to operation of the opening and closing means.
