FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to needle-protecting devices for a medical instrument, in particular for a component of catheter IV, placed on a needle in a mobile way. The needle-protecting device contains the first part, made of a suitable plastic, the second part and a ring. The ring surrounds the first part and the second part, possesses elastic properties, and is made of a suitable elastomeric material. The first part contains the base section, the middle section and the upper section, forming the first lever. The second part contains the base section, adapted for engagement with the base section of the first part, the middle section and the upper section, forming the bendable second lever. The upper part of the first part is, in fact, semi-cylindrical and passes from the base section through the entire middle section in the axial direction. The upper section in its internal wall contains, in fact, a semi-circular groove, passing in the axial direction to the base section on its entire length. The upper section of the first part contains two projections, facing the upper section of the second part, which provide the mobile placement of an external needle profile in the groove. The invention also relates to the component of catheter IV, which contains: a case of the catheter, containing the proximal section and the distal section, the proximal section forms an envelope for holding in it the needle-protecting device before application. The needle-protecting device can be removed from the envelope in the catheter case after the needle tip enters the needle-protecting device when the needle is withdrawn from the catheter tube.EFFECT: improved protection against accidental pricks with the needle end is provided.14 cl, 7 dwg |
