FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: in formation of flow of the fibres in the form of a tape and its flattening with a reciprocating shift of fibres in the tape according to the invention, the shift of the fibres is carried out in the longitudinal direction by reversed bending as a result of the tape flattening during its continuous movement by reciprocating movements of the working bodies along the length of the tape performing flattening, at that the amount of such movements per unit of processing time varies depending on the properties of the fibres in the tape.EFFECT: effective destruction of inter-fibre bonds, better thinning of fibrous complexes in the tape, and as a result the decrease in the linear density of the fibres to improve their technological quality, improvement of the tape structure, which will improve the efficiency of its further processing without significant increasing of costs.1 dwg |
