The present invention relates to a touch panel. The touch panel is integrated with an antenna. More specifically, the touch panel forms: a second electrode line by arranging multiple cells in a line on one side of a first electrode line elongated in a rectangular shape; and an electrode line connecting the cells and a tag part along the neighboring first electrode line to obtain an available space on an outside border. Therefore, the touch panel can obtain high productivity and a competitive price by forming an antenna pattern in the obtained available space.
